plantinmind is a plant-care service that provides weather-aware guidance, a plant library, planter tracking, and messaging between households and their gardeners. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You must be at least 18 years old to use plantinmind. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable, and partial-period charges are not prorated upon cancellation. Because we offer a free trial, you can evaluate the service before being charged.
plantinmind connects households with gardeners. We provide the platform but are not a party to, and are not responsible for, the relationship, agreements, services, or conduct between a household and a gardener. Gardeners and households are responsible for their own interactions, arrangements, and any services provided outside the platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the content you submit, such as messages, photos, and planter details. You grant us a limited license to use that content as needed to operate and provide the service to you and, where applicable, to the gardener or household linked to your account.
The plantinmind name, logo, software, and content (other than your own content) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not use them without our permission.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that weather data or guidance will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blooming Boxes and its owners and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of plants, data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers and limitation of liability) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that state, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of plantinmind after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
